A face to face, in depth consultation which allows me to check your natural hair, your scalp, discuss your lifestyle, check your medical history, perform a series of suitability tests and of course our aim is to help you achieve your hair goals. Consultations are £20/ 30 mins for Hair Extensions & £40 / 1 hour for Hair Replacement systems. Payable at the time of booking.

If you are ready to proceed I take a deposit to order the hair from our suppliers to your personal requirements. You are given a date for your fitting and advice on how to prepare your hair for the day of fitting.

Once the full consultation is complete I will recommend the application method based on your individual requirements. You will be given a total cost of the hair including fitting, ongoing refit / maintenance costs and the cost of the aftercare products you will need to keep your extensions in ultimate condition. You are under no obligation or pressure to book a fitting, I prefer clients to take a little time to consider the commitment of wearing Hair Extensions / Hair Replacement systems.

The exciting day! You can sit back and relax and enjoy watching your new look take place. You will be shown how to take care of your new hair. I stock all the products you will need so are available to purchase. Before you leave I will book you in for your refit within the recommended timescale.
But the service doesn't end there, I am available to answer any queries you have post fitting. I strive to achieve the best client care which is reflected in my large returning clientele and recommendations.
